也淙i扶爪与尸鼎生侐 liLOBRL lili conFEREn[E 11.0 ICDT融合的6G网络 白皮书5.0 ICDT Deep Integrated 6G Network 5.0 坛 RuM。 论 N。言 TlAc ,1 0 』 移虹。 来 REM 未 g 1 / 87 摘 要 信息技术的革新浪潮伴随着前沿技术的迭代突破与交叉融合。随着信息与通信技术 (ICT)向 6G 演进,其与大数据、人工智能等领域的深度融合正催生新一代 ICDT(Information, Communication,Big Data Technology)融合范式。这种融合驱动的 6G 系统将突破传统通信 网络边界,演进为集通信、感知与算力于一体的端到端智能信息服务体系,构筑起支撑万物 智联的移动信息网络。当前,众多面向 6G 的候选技术已在理论创新、仿真验证及原型开发 等维度取得突破性进展。 本白皮书作为 4.0 版本的延续,从 ICDT 融合视角出发,系统性地构建了 ICDT 融合的 6G 技术体系,ICDT 融合的关键技术和 ICDT 融合的行业应用,三大核心章节。ICDT 融合 的 6G 技术体系着力构建系统性研究图谱,通过解析不同融合模式的内在逻辑,创新设计了 面向 ICDT 融合的 6G 网络架构,并对 6G 候选技术方案及行业应用进行科学分类,形成具 有关联性的技术簇。通过对关键技术与行业应用的分类与整理,进一步明确了 6G 技术发展 的重点方向与潜在突破点,为后续技术研发与产业布局提供参考。 ICDT 融合的关键技术章节重点介绍“解决方案”。与 4.0 版本相比,本白皮书的侧重点 有所变化,4.0 版本主要集中在对各项技术面临的研究挑战进行系统梳理,而本版则更加关 注这些挑战的解决方案及其最新进展。本章节特别聚焦于超大规模 MIMO、通感一体化、 AI 与通信融合、语义通信以及量子计算等领域的关键技术突破。针对上一版本中提出的问 题,本白皮书通过深入分析每个技术领域的最新进展,结合仿真数据和原型测试结果,系统 地阐述了各项技术问题的解决路径、实施方案以及取得的实际成效。 ICDT 融合的行业应用章节深度剖析 ICDT 融合赋能的三大典型应用:沉浸式通信、低 空经济及无源物联网。区别于单纯的技术分析,本章节从基本概念与场景用例、关键技术、 性能指标,三方面对三大典型行业应用进行了分析。重点阐述了新兴应用所需的关键技术以 及对通信速率、时延、可靠性等核心指标的差异化需求,揭示了技术突破与场景创新间的互 驱机制,完整呈现了从技术研发到商业落地的价值链条。 2 / 87 当前,ICDT 融合的 6G 技术研究正从离散的技术探索转向系统性架构设计、标准制定 和产业协同。本白皮书倡议深化信息通信领域的跨界融合技术研究与协同,以需求为牵引, 加快基础理论、瓶颈技术问题的联合攻关和协同创新。同时,建立跨界融合技术创新与应用 需求的双向驱动机制,培育应用层的产业生态,孵化新业务与新应用,加速创新成果向垂直 行业的渗透扩散。最后,推动构建开放包容的 6G 技术生态体系,加强国际合作,共同推进 6G 技术的全球化发展。最终形成技术创新、标准引领、产业协同的良性发展格局。 3 / 87 Abstract The innovation in information technology is driven by breakthroughs in cutting-edge technologies and their interdisciplinary integration. As information and communication technology (ICT) evolves toward 6G, its deep integration with big data and artificial intelligence is shaping a new Information, Communication, and Big Data Technology (ICDT) integration paradigm. This integration-driven 6G system will extend beyond traditional communication networks, evolving into an intelligent information service system that integrates communication, sensing, and computing to enable seamless connectivity. Many 6G candidate technologies have already achieved significant progress in theoretical innovation, simulation verification, and prototype development. As a continuation of the 4.0 version, this white paper explores three core aspects of ICDT integration: the 6G technology framework, key technologies, and industry applications. The 6G technology framework establishes a systematic research roadmap, analyzing integration models, designing an ICDT-integrated 6G network architecture, and classifying candidate technologies and applications into interconnected categories. This approach helps identify key directions and potential breakthroughs for 6G development. The chapter on key technologies focuses on solutions rather than just challenges, as in version 4.0. It highlights advancements in massive MIMO, integrated sensing and communication, AI-driven communications, semantic communication, and quantum computing. Each domain is analyzed with the latest research, simulation data, and prototype testing results to outline solutions, implementation strategies, and achievements. The industry applications chapter delves into three representative use cases enabled by ICDT integration: immersive communication, the low-altitude economy, and passive IoT. It examines 4 / 87 these applications from the perspectives of key technologies, performance metrics, and industry needs, emphasizing how technological breakthroughs drive new applications and vice versa. The chapter presents a complete value chain from research to commercial deployment. ICDT-integrated 6G research is shifting from individual technology exploration to system architecture design, standardization, and industrial collaboration. This white paper advocates for deeper cross-disciplinary research, fostering a bidirectional mechanism linking technological innovation with application needs.
